Housing is a worldwide social problem. At present, at least 1 billion of the world’s 6 billion people lack housing. Therefore, solving the housing problem has become a top priority for most countries. In order to solve the housing shortage problem, various countries have taken a variety of methods and measures. One of the most effective measures is to guide people to voluntarily organize themselves for mutual benefits and cooperation in housing construction.
