作为我国地产界的龙头,万科始终在探索一种环保、高效的方式来提高住宅的建设效率。经过长期探索和紧跟政府对于房地产产业的相关政策,其决定走住宅产业化之路。本文首先介绍了住宅产业化的定义,接着是分析了万科住宅产业化的原因,然后是介绍其住宅产业化面临的问题,最后则对其面临的问题提出了一些解决方案。
As the leading real estate sector in China, Vanke has always been exploring an environmentally friendly and efficient way to improve the efficiency of housing construction. After long-term exploration and closely following the government’s policy on the real estate industry, it decided to take the road of housing industrialization. This article firstly introduces the definition of residential industrialization, then analyzes the reason of Vanke residential industrialization, then introduces the problems that its housing industrialization faces, and finally puts forward some solutions to the problems it faces.
