“一带一路”战略充实了其沿线各国的经济往来,中哈进出口贸易面临着一系列亟需解决的问题,如“灰色清关”现象、技术规范不一致、检验检疫水平不高、金融及交通领域合作的滞后等。文章在中哈进出口贸易开展的基础上,通过研究进出口贸易过程中存在的法律问题及纠纷,提出解决思路及对策建议以实现中哈进出口贸易的健康发展,最终实现区域经济一体化。
The “Belt and Road” strategy has enriched the economic exchanges among all the countries along the line. The import and export trade between China and Kazakhstan is facing a series of problems which are in urgent need of solution. For instance, the “gray customs clearance” phenomenon, the inconsistent technical specifications, the low level of inspection and quarantine, Lag in cooperation in the fields of finance and transportation. On the basis of carrying out the import and export trade between China and Kazakhstan, the article puts forward the solutions and suggestions to resolve the legal problems and disputes existing in the process of import and export trade in order to realize the healthy development of the import and export trade between China and Kazakhstan, and finally realize the regional economic integration.
