2015年,应联合国要求,经中央批准,公安部、外交部将组建第四支赴利比里亚维和警察防暴队的任务交给了浙江省公安边防总队。在使命召唤面前,浙江省5000余名官兵摩拳擦掌、踊跃报名。经过层层考核与甄选,150名优秀官兵脱颖而出。2015年10月31日,全体维和集训队员从浙江集结奔赴河北廊坊武警学院维和警察培训中心,开展了为期两个半月的强化训练。
In 2015, at the request of the United Nations, with the approval of the Central Government, the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs handed over the task of setting up the fourth anti-riot team for the peacekeeping police stationed in Liberia to the Zhejiang Provincial Public Security Border Defense Corps.
