随着我国社会的不断进步和社会主义市场经济体制的不断完善,电力体制的改革也需进一步深化,而供电公司更应跟随时代发展将工作重点转移到电网建设和服务工作上来。提高供电服务质量是实现供电公司发展战略的必要途径,所以服务质量的评价是提高服务质量的前提。现在社会对电力行业的服务质量又提出更高要求的同时,国民经济的健康快速发展带动了电力需求的迅猛发展,电力供不应求的矛盾十分突出,保障电网安全稳定运行满足社会有序用电的任务越来越重要。
