我国当前正处于且近一段时间仍将处于经济转型期,经济的转型给我国的市场经济注入了巨大活力,生产力得到了巨大的发展,然而飞速的发展过程中却积累了不少问题,这些问题对我国的经济发展埋下了不少的隐患,随着我国加入WTO之后,市场不断开放,在经济发展中相当敏感的金融行业也即将对外资打开大门,在经济转型时期如何处理好金融安全应是一个重要的研究课题。
