证人证言是民事诉讼中一种重要的证据种类,但证人证言具有主观性的特征,所以对证人证言的审查判断显得非常关键,本文着重探讨了法官应从具体方面如何审查判断证人证言的问题。
Witness testimony is a kind of important evidence in civil litigation. However, witness testimony is subjective. Therefore, it is very important to judge the testimony of witness. This article focuses on how judges should examine and judge witness testimony in specific aspects.
