主任、副主任、各位委员:我受市人民政府委托,向市人大常委会汇报1988年上半年财政收支预算执行情况。今年以来,在市委、市府领导下,本市各部门以改革总揽全局,克服种种困难,促进了国民经济的发展,工农业生产持续增长, 内外贸易不断扩大,各项事业进展顺利。财政收入实现了时间过半任务过半的目标,财政支出进度基本正常。
Director, Deputy Director, Members: I was entrusted by the Municipal People’s Government to report to the Municipal People’s Congress Standing Committee on the implementation of the budget in the first half of 1988. Since the beginning of this year, under the leadership of the municipal party committee and the municipal government, various departments in the municipality have taken overall control of the reform by taking over the reform so as to overcome all kinds of difficulties and promote the development of the national economy. The industrial and agricultural production has continued to grow. Both domestic and foreign trade have been continuously expanded and various undertakings have proceeded smoothly. The fiscal revenue achieved the goal of over half of the tasks for the time being, and the progress of the financial expenditures was basically normal.
