初中生正处于人生发展的重要阶段,由于受到了生活环境、教育环境以及性格特点等方面的影响,因此他们需要得到更多的关注与引导。对于初中学生而言,学校是他们学习、生活、娱乐的最主要场所,而班主任的人格魅力将对学生带来直接性的影响。基于此,本篇文章对初中班主任人格魅力在班级管理工作中的作用进行了研究,以期能够带来一些有价值的参考意见。
Junior high school students are at an important stage of their life development. Due to the influence of living environment, educational environment and personality traits, they need more attention and guidance. For junior high school students, the school is the most important place for them to study, live and play. The charisma of the head teacher will have an impact on the students’ directness. Based on this, this article studies the role of charisma of junior middle school class teacher in class management, with a view to bring some valuable reference opinions.
