用细菌内毒素建立豚鼠的牙髓炎模型,借助体外培养的L929细胞,在培养液中加入正常和炎症的牙髓组织上清液,采用成纤维细胞增殖法测定正常和炎症牙髓组织中白细胞介素1(IL1)的活性。结果发现正常牙髓组织无IL1的活性,炎症牙髓组织产生明显的IL1活性,并随内毒素诱导时间的延长而增强。IL1为牙髓炎的主要介质之一,介导了牙髓炎的发生和发展。
The bacterial endotoxin was used to establish the model of pulpitis in guinea pigs. Normal and inflammatory pulp tissue supernatants were obtained by in vitro culture of L929 cells. Fibroblast proliferation was used to determine the number of leukocytes in normal and inflammatory pulp tissues Interleukin 1 (IL 1) activity. The results showed that normal pulp tissue without IL 1 activity, inflammatory pulp tissue produced significant IL 1 activity, and increased with endotoxin induction time. IL 1 is one of the main mediators of pulpitis, mediated the occurrence and development of pulpitis.
