继1994年9月15日马鞭洲岛9601大爆破成功之后,黄河工程技术开发公司于11月28日上午11时,又在马鞭洲岛成功地实施了第二炮。马鞭洲岛是大亚湾列岛中一个面积不足1km~2的小岛。该岛四面环海。根据建设规划,将在该岛修建石油储油站和输油码头,需对岛上部分山体进行爆破开挖以填海造地,黄河工程技术开发公司与海军建设总局广州分局合作,承担了本次爆破的设计及实施工作。这次爆破主要有两个特点:一是装药量大,工程量大。本次爆破采用条形药室和集中药包相结合的方法,总装药
