1987年9月24日至10月2日,由中华全国新闻工作者协会、中国出版工作者协会、中国报刊报和北京市邮政局联合举办了建国以来首次中国报刊博览会,在中国革命博物馆进行。在4000多平方米的场地中,共展出全国各地出版的报刊1004种,香港和台湾的一些报刊第一次在北京与广大读者见面。博览会还辟有我国报刊史简介和珍贵历史报刊实物专栏。此次报刊博
From September 24 to October 2, 1987, the All China Journalists Association, China Association of Publishers, China Newspaper Daily and Beijing Post Bureau jointly held the first China Press Expo since the founding of the People’s Republic of China and was held at the Museum of Chinese Revolution.
