新疆生产建设兵团农八师一五二团,其前身是1965年由千余转业官兵与兵团直属农场等单位合编组建的兵团独立团,1984年改为现名。38年来,一代代军垦人发扬自力更生、艰苦奋斗的延安精神,垦荒种田,开山修渠,把曾经是一片“远看白茫茫,近看乱石岗,麻雀不下蛋,兔子不拉屎”的戈壁荒滩,改造成为富饶美丽的绿洲,为新疆和农八师的经济建设、精神文明建设做出了贡献,先后被国家农业部、国家计生委、新疆自治区、新疆生产建设兵团授予“先进科技团场”、“计划生育先进团场”、“精神文明团场”、“红旗团场”、“工业强团”等荣誉称号。2001年,团场产值、利润、职均收入实现了历史性的突破,三项指标综合水平排名全师第一,在兵团排名从2000年的第八位跃居第六位。
