目的:评价铱~(192)后装治疗脑深部肿瘤的效应及其并发症。方法:选小鼠30只,用G422胶质瘤株制成皮下荷瘤鼠模型,作铱~(192)核素照射后肿瘤生长抑制实验。再选大鼠30只用C6胶质瘤细胞株制成脑商瘤鼠模型作铱~(192)核素照射后大鼠生存期延长实验,最后用组织病理学观察研证。结果:采用铱~(192)后装瘤内照射后可有效杀灭瘤细胞,抑制肿瘤生长,延长脑荷瘤鼠的生存期。在此基础上我们对200例脑深部肿瘤或复发及外放疗无效的肿瘤进行铱~(192)后装机治疗,取得良好疗效,无手术严重并发症,无死亡。术后50例脑胶质瘤重点随访1~5年,生存率各为92%,82%,72%,56%及32%。结论:铱~(192)后装治疗脑深部肿瘤是一种可供选择的有效治疗方法。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of iridium ~ (192) afterloading on deep brain tumors and its complications. Methods: Thirty mice were selected and subcutaneously inoculated with G422 glioma tumor model. The tumor growth inhibition experiment was carried out after Ir (192) radionuclide irradiation. Re-selection of 30 rats with C6 glioma cell lines made of brain tumor model of rats irradiated with Ir (192) radionuclide prolong survival of rats, and finally with histopathological observation and research. Results: Iridium ~ (192) after intratumoral irradiation can effectively kill tumor cells, inhibit tumor growth and prolong the survival of brain tumor-bearing mice. On this basis, 200 cases of deep brain tumor or tumor recurrence and external radiotherapy invalid iridium 192 after the installation of the machine, and achieved good results, no serious complications, no death. Fifty cases of gliomas were followed up for 1 to 5 years. The survival rates were 92%, 82%, 72%, 56% and 32% respectively. Conclusion: The treatment of deep brain tumor with iridium ~ (192) afterloading is an effective alternative treatment.
