上海是生产狭冷轧带钢的主要产地之一,但在质量上存在不少问题,主要是厚度公差大,板形差,表面光洁度差,与国外产品相比有一定的差距。本文分析了产生差距的原因,在此基础上提出了上海冷轧带钢技术的改进意见。为了提高冷轧带钢的尺寸精度及质量,首先必须对冷轧机进行改造,采用液压压下、弯辊装置及板形检测仪,厚度自动控制系统(AGC)等新技术来武装轧机。另外必须改善狭热轧带钢的厚度公差、表面质量及增加带卷重量。对冷轧的生产工艺也必须进行改进,其中包括轧制工艺、酸洗工艺、热处理工艺和平整、精整工艺等。同时应使生产冷轧带钢的厂专业化,以便合理的安排工艺路线,使设备发挥最大作用,也便于管理。

However, there are many problems in quality, mainly the large thickness tolerance, the poor shape and the poor surface finish, which have certain disparities compared with foreign products. This paper analyzes the causes of the gap, and on this basis, puts forward the improvement suggestions of Shanghai cold-rolled strip technology. In order to improve the dimensional accuracy and quality of cold-rolled steel strip, the cold rolling mill must first be rebuilt, and the rolling mill should be armed with new technologies such as hydraulic pressure reduction, bending device, flatness detector and automatic thickness control system (AGC). In addition, it is necessary to improve the thickness tolerance of the hot-rolled strip, the surface quality and increase the weight of the coil. The cold-rolled production process must also be improved, including rolling, pickling, heat treatment and leveling, finishing process. At the same time should make the production of cold-rolled strip steel plant specialization in order to rationalize the process route, so that equipment to play the greatest role, but also easy to manage.
