输油管道防腐层大修工程的最后一环,是对覆土回填层的检查验收。根据东临线和任京线线大修工程的检查情况分析,对回填土层只作厚度和表观检查,不能确保防腐层的施工质量。为此,建议在回填土后,除作厚度和表观检查外,还应增加开挖检查的项目。 开挖检查的作法是在回填段的中部和首、尾两端各10m处,开挖轴向 2 m长的管体悬空段,检查露管的防腐层表观和厚度等。
