随着新课改的不断进行,教学方式也进入了一个崭新的发展阶段,尤其是小学的数学教学工作更是需要不断创新。在实际的教学工作中,教师需要以学生为教学的主体,打破传统教学方式的弊端,对教学的理念和方式不断进行改进和创新。现如今,教学手段多样,多媒体技术也逐渐被应用到小学的教学中。主要对小学数学教学的方式进行研究,仅供参考。
