为探讨急性脑梗塞后血清钙镁含量变化及其对预防和治疗的临床意义,随机选取32例患者采用不同时期晨起空腹来血,应用MTB法6400-A型临床电解质分析仪测定血清中Ca2+和Mg2+的含量。结果表明,病例组发病I周时血清Ca2+和Mg2+含量均低于对照组(P<0.01),发病后24h血清Ca2+、Mg2+含量逐渐降低,到发病1周后血清Ca2+、Mg2+含量降低最明显,2周后血清Ca2+、Mg2+含量趋于回升。提示钙镁含量的变化与脑梗塞发生和发展呈正相关。
In order to explore the changes of serum calcium and magnesium content after acute cerebral infarction and its clinical significance for prevention and treatment, 32 patients were randomly selected to take fasting fasting blood at different time points. The levels of Ca2 + in serum were determined by MTB method 6400-A clinical electrolyte analyzer. And Mg2 + content. The results showed that the contents of Ca2 + and Mg2 + in serum of patients in the case group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.01), and the levels of Ca2 + and Mg2 + in serum decreased gradually after 1 week of onset. The levels of Ca2 + and Mg2 + Serum Ca2 + and Mg2 + levels tended to rise after 2 weeks. Prompted changes in calcium and magnesium content and the occurrence and development of cerebral infarction was positively correlated.
