遗尿症发生在童年者居多,成年人亦非罕见,有的自幼遗尿一直持续到成年。作者应用针灸治疗此症94例,男51,女43例。发病年龄4—15岁者30例,16—44岁者14例。绝大多数从幼年开始,有的人一直持续到成年不癒,其中七岁至十四岁者最多。发病机制大体上分为甲、乙两个类型,也有甲乙两型混合出现的,甲型主要表现在中枢神经系统症候:嗜睡沉睡,由于大脑皮层对皮质下中枢阻抑过深,或度质下中枢兴奋性减弱,由睡眠移行至觉醒,非一般条件刺激所能办到,所
