国内常常把企业家和经理混为一谈，实际上，它们是不同的概念。在英文是前者是Ｅｎｔｒｅｐｒｅｎｅｕｒ，后者是Ｍａｎａｇｅｒ。当我们说“Ｅｎｔｒｅｐｒｅｎｅｕｒ”时，侧重于强调他冒很大风险从无到有开创了“自己的事业”，其中含有创业的意思。经理则往往是指受过ＭＢＡ教育．有名牌大学学历、去管理一个现有的企业的人。而一个企业突破开创期走向持续增长和最终成功的关键之一，就是要企业家向管理者转变，这就是创业经理。
Domestic entrepreneurs and managers are often confused, in fact, they are different concepts. In English the former is Entrepreneur and the latter is Manager. When we say “Entrepreneur,” we focus on emphasizing that he runs the risk of starting his own business from scratch and that it contains the concept of entrepreneurship. Managers often refer to MBA education. Have a prestigious university degree, to manage an existing business people. And one of the keys to a business breakthrough to open up to sustainable growth and eventual success is to change entrepreneurs to managers, and that's the startup manager.
