目的 :研究冠心病 (CHD)患者甘油三酯水平与血浆凝血因子Ⅶc (FⅦc)、组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(tPA)及其抑制物 (PAI I)活性的相关性。方法 :73例确诊CHD患者分为两组 :高甘油三酯组 (2 4例 ) ,正常甘油三酯组 (49例 )。 80例对照者亦分为高甘油三酯组 (40例 )和正常甘油三酯组 (40例 )。血清甘油三酯浓度测定采用酶法 ;PAI I及tPA测定采用发色底物法 ;FⅦc测定采用一期法。结果 :CHD患者及对照者中高甘油三酯者FⅦc、PAI I活性均有升高 ,tPA活性下降 ,其中高甘油三酯CHD患者改变最为显著 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :高甘油三酯与FⅦc、tPA、PAI Ⅰ有明显相关性 ,高甘油三酯血症影响凝血纤溶功能
Objective: To investigate the correlation between triglyceride level and plasma coagulation factor Ⅶc (FⅦc), tissue plasminogen activator (tPA) and its inhibitor (PAI I) in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods: Seventy-three CHD patients were divided into two groups: high triglyceride group (24 cases) and normal triglyceride group (49 cases). Eighty control subjects were also divided into high triglyceride group (40 cases) and normal triglyceride group (40 cases). Serum triglyceride concentrations were measured by enzyme method; PAI I and tPA assay using chromogenic substrate method; F VIIc assay using a method. Results: The levels of FⅦc and PAI I in patients with hypertriglyceridemia were higher than those in controls, and tPA activity was decreased. Among them, the patients with hypertriglyceridemia had the most significant change (P <0.01). Conclusion: There is a significant correlation between high triglycerides and FⅦc, tPA and PAI Ⅰ.
