在经济全球化的大背景下,世界各国都在按照各自的比较优势参与世界分工。世界制造业也在全球化趋势下,进行战略性重组。中国将成为世界制造中心,经济运行的节奏在很大程度上取决于现代物流业的发展水平,中国制造业的发展和现代化进程迫切需要现代物流的支持。制造业之间竞争的焦点将不仅仅是价格的竞争,而是适应市场需求、客户快速反应、准时供货等方面的竞争,传统生产销售领域的竞争优势已不复存在,现代物流理念和先进的物流管理技术将成为现代企业发展战略的重要内容。本文从未来世界制造中心的角度出发,分析了我国目前物流业在整体规划、服务标准、信息化程度等方面存在的问题,并针对出现的一系列问题提出制造业现代物流的发展战略。
Under the background of economic globalization, all countries in the world are participating in the world division of labor according to their respective comparative advantages. The world manufacturing industry is also undergoing a strategic restructuring under the trend of globalization. China will become the world’s manufacturing center. The pace of economic operation depends to a large extent on the development of the modern logistics industry. The development and modernization of China’s manufacturing industry urgently need the support of modern logistics. The focus of competition among manufacturing industries will not only be the price competition but the competition in response to market demand, rapid response from customers and on-time delivery. The competitive edge in traditional production and sales no longer exists. The concept of advanced logistics and advanced Logistics management technology will become an important part of the modern enterprise development strategy. From the perspective of the manufacturing center in the world in the future, this paper analyzes the existing problems of logistics planning in overall planning, service standards and informationization in China and proposes a strategy for the development of modern logistics in the manufacturing industry in response to a series of problems that have arisen.
