通过空气传播是医院内感染最常见的传播途径之一,为了解我市医院空气消毒质量,1996年对32个医院(3个市级医院、29个乡、镇级医院)的空气消毒质量及其用于空气消毒的紫外线灯辐照强度进行了监测.1 监测对象与方法1.1 空气消毒质量监测 在重点科室内,紫外线灯开启照射半小时后,在室内四角及中央各放1个琼脂平皿,暴露15分钟后,带回实验室置37℃温箱培养48小时观察菌落数,手术室、产房、供应室≤200cfu/m~3,换药室、治疗室、门诊室≤50cfu/m~3为合格.1.2 紫外线辐射强度监测 用UVR-254nm紫外线辐照计,距普通紫外灯1m处测定,每盏紫外灯紫外线辐照强度≥70μw/cm~2为合格.
