工业氟骨症,系生产过程中含氟气体及粉尘经呼吸道或消化道进入体内而引起的慢性氟中毒。1933年哥答张森首次发现冰晶石作业工人氟骨症,1937年贝依尔等在磷化肥厂通过尸解发现典型氟骨症一例,继之国外分别在铝厂、铸镁等厂无机氟作业工人中发现了氟骨症患者。 我国随着工农业飞跃发展,接触无机氟作业职工日趋增多,为了解无机氟所致工业氟骨症,现将铝电解无机氟作业工人88例骨骼X线变化作下述分析,供参考。 一、资料来源 本组88例无机氟作业工人骨骼X线摄片,均系甲、乙、丙三铝厂5—20年工令电解工。为了反映作业环境的劳动条件,对
