文化出版体制改革浪潮中,高校学报体制改革势在必行,高校自科学报也必然走上改革之路,寻求高校自科学报体制改革后得以生存的改革方式。高校学报发展现状存在的问题多多,实行体制改革困难重重。在不改变刊名和办刊宗旨的前提下,创建高校学报期刊集团,与高校学科硕士和专业硕士的分类思想相一致,高校自科学报可分为学科型学报和专业型学报期刊集团,实现“两条腿走路”的高校学报体制改革模式。
