本文从海南人力资源服务业发展现状分析入手,伴随国际旅游岛战略的推进海南人力资源服务业发展迅速,但海南省人力资源服务业仍存在部门分割、产业结构不合理、管理协调机制不健全、职能定位不明确等问题,根据当前人力资源服务业面临的形势和快速发展服务业的总体要求,为海南省加快发展人力资源服务业的提供可行性建议。
This article begins with the analysis of the status quo of the development of Hainan's human resources service industry. With the advancement of the international tourism island strategy, the human resources service industry in Hainan is developing rapidly. However, there still exists division of labor service in Hainan Province. The industrial structure is irrational and the management coordination mechanism is not perfect. The positioning of functions is not clear and so on. According to the current situation of human resource service industry and the general requirement of rapid development of service industry, this paper provides feasible suggestions for Hainan Province to speed up the development of human resource service industry.
