报道了巴黎一个实验室自1972年到1977年的900例产前诊断中的100例。用于诊断的主要指标是:1.染色体,它包括易位携带者、母亲年令35—39岁,母亲年令在40岁以上,已出生过三体—21,习惯性流产和病理怀孕及其它;2.代谢病;3.神经管缺陷;4.X连锁病。取10—20毫升羊水。用培养皿培养(皿底放一园形盖玻片)。每个皿内为1.5毫升羊水加1.5毫升生长培养基:RPMI1640加上
One hundred out of 900 prenatal diagnoses in a laboratory in Paris from 1972 to 1977 were reported. The main indicators used for diagnosis are: 1. Chromosomes, which include translocators, maternal age 35-39 years old, mothers year-old over 40 years old, had had trisomy 21, habitual abortion and pathological pregnancy, and Other; 2. Metabolic disease; 3. Neural tube defects; 4. X-linked disease. Take 10-20 ml amniotic fluid. Culture with Petri dishes (place a round glass coverlip in the bottom). Add 1.5ml of Amniotic fluid and 1.5ml of growth medium to each dish: RPMI1640 Plus
