目的了解实施扩大儿童免疫规划所用麻腮风联合疫苗的免疫效果,以及了解正常人群麻疹抗体水平,为完善消除麻疹策略提供依据。方法用酶联免疫吸附试验定量检测麻疹IgG抗体。结果 57名18~24月龄儿童在麻腮风联合疫苗免疫前麻疹抗体几何平均浓度(Geometric Mean Concentration,GMC)为3 308.55毫国际单位/毫升(mIU/mL),免疫后为9 752.15mIU/mL;人群总体麻疹抗体阳性率为93.69%,抗体水平为1585.25 mIU/mL;比较不同年龄组之间麻疹抗体阳性率和抗体水平,差异均有统计学意义;0岁组阳性率和抗体水平均为最低。结论麻腮风联合疫苗的复种是有意义的,它能大幅提高麻疹抗体水平;要提高麻疹疫苗及时接种率以提高0岁组抗体水平;要通过提高人群麻疹疫苗接种率来提高整个人群的麻疹抗体阳性率。通过这些措施,形成整个人群免疫屏障,减少麻疹发病。
Objective To understand the immune effect of the combined MMR vaccine used in the expansion of childhood immunization programs and to understand the level of measles antibody in normal population so as to provide a basis for improving the measles elimination strategy. Methods Quantitative detection of measles IgG antibody by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results The mean measles antibody Geometric Mean Concentration (GMC) was 578.55 milliunits International Units / ml (mIU / mL) in 57 children aged 18-24 months before immunization.
