企业的稳健成长不仅是企业本身,也是全社会所追求的目标。但由于种种原因,企业在文化成长的过程中遇到很多障碍,特别是处于急剧竞争和变化的环境中,某些企业文化建设问题使得企业实现稳健成长愈加困难。优秀的企业文化是企业稳健成长的内在要求、必要保证和巨大动力。本文通过梳理前人关于企业稳健成长、企业文化的研究,对企业稳健成长中组合文化问题进行分析,结合一些企业发展的事例,提出相应的对策。
The steady growth of enterprises is not only the business itself, but also the goal pursued by the whole society. However, due to various reasons, enterprises encounter many obstacles in the process of cultural growth, especially in the environment of rapid competition and change. Some enterprises’ cultural construction makes it more difficult for enterprises to achieve steady growth. Excellent corporate culture is the inherent requirement of steady growth of enterprises, necessary assurance and great motivation. This article combs the predecessors ’studies on the steady growth of the enterprise and the corporate culture, analyzes the combinational culture problem in the steady growth of the enterprise, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures based on the examples of some enterprises’ development.
