随着公开招标在全国范围内大力推行,各企业纷纷开展公开招标。在获得经济效益和社会效益的同时,因工程项目的复杂性,公开招标采购的物资难免有不完全满足现场实际需求的时候,影响安全供应。本文探讨如何在EPC项目物资采购过程中,加强招标各环节控制,总结经验,不断提高采购质量,努力实现安全供应。
With the open bidding vigorously implemented throughout the country, all enterprises have carried out open bidding. While obtaining the economic benefits and social benefits, due to the complexity of the project, the materials supplied by public bidding and purchasing inevitably do not fully meet the actual needs of the scene and affect the safety of supply. This article explores how to strengthen the control of all aspects of the bidding process, summarize the experience, continuously improve the procurement quality and strive to achieve safe supply during the procurement of EPC project materials.
