The “Suggestions” put forward a good proposal on the opportunities and challenges. In this regard, our national research group has also done some research. We published the fourth state of the nation report in May this year entitled “Opportunities and Challenges - China Goes into the 21st Century Basic strategy and goal ”. The idea is that China is now enjoying a good opportunity for development. The core idea is that China has entered the stage of economic take-off and the rise of a big nation in the 1980s. This gives us a rare historic opportunity to create at the turn of the century. However, precisely because of such a historic opportunity and the rapid growth of China, imbalances have become increasingly prominent, and as a result, social transition has taken place
