从世界各国的经济发展情况来看,中小企业作为市场经济的重要组成部分,在一国国民经济中不可或缺的基础性地位越来越不容忽视。20世纪90年代亚洲金融危机的爆发,充分显示了中小企业抵御经济波动的能力,促使许多国家开始重新审视中小企业的作用,也加快了对中小企业相关问题的研究。
From the perspective of the economic development of all countries in the world, as an important part of a market economy, small and medium-sized enterprises are becoming increasingly indispensable for their fundamental status in the national economy of a country. The outbreak of the Asian financial crisis in the 1990s fully demonstrated the ability of small and medium-sized enterprises to withstand economic fluctuations and prompted many countries to start re-examining the role of small and medium-sized enterprises and to speeding up studies on issues related to small and medium-sized enterprises.
