随着我县经济迅猛发展,以顶大食品公司为龙头的民营企业迅速崛起,成为当地支柱型产业。该公司座落于昌黎县靖安镇,占地面积达103亩,现拥有员工700余人,年生产能力达2万吨,年上缴利税超百万元。在企业发展过程中,也曾受各种矛盾纠纷所困扰,企业老板牵扯了很大精力。在调研中我们发现这个问题后,局党组非常重视,通过认真研究,2005年7月,在顶大食品公司建立了第一个民营企业调委会。该企业调委会由7人组成,由民调主任曾广岐主持工作,其它6名成员都来自于公司下属各厂的中层负责人。他们既是人民调解员,又是民调工作的信息员,活动于公司的
