本文采用一维单周期时间积分模型计算速调管输出段的电子与高频场的能量交换过程,比较简单地解决了距离积分向时间积分的过渡以及输出段中电子圆盘间空间电荷力的计算问题。用DJS-6自动化语言编写了计算程序,用该程序计算了C波段宽带速调管,计算结果与实测值基本一致。利用该程序对输出段的重要参数如阻抗、间隙渡越角等对效率的影响作了研究。
