目的 探讨端粒酶活性与肾恶性肿瘤病理分级间的关系。 方法 采用端粒酶 -聚合酶链反应 -酶联免疫吸附试验 ,对32份不同病理分级的肾恶性肿瘤组织、32份肿瘤旁组织和6份正常肾组织进行端粒酶活性检测。 结果 32份肾恶性肿瘤组织标本端粒酶表达阳性率 (81.25% )与肿瘤旁组织及正常肾组织端粒酶表达阳性率 (均阴性 )比较差别有显著性意义 (均P<0.01) ;除1份为肾非霍奇金淋巴瘤在病理学上不分级 ,其余31份肾恶性肿瘤组织标本中 ,病理分级Ⅰ级者端粒酶表达阳性率58.33% (7/12) ;病理分级Ⅱ级者端粒酶表达阳性率91.67 % (11/12) ;病理分级Ⅲ~Ⅳ级者端粒酶表达全部阳性 (7/7) ,病理分级Ⅱ~Ⅳ级者端粒酶表达阳性率高于病理分级Ⅰ级者 (P<0.05)。 结论 肿瘤组织端粒酶活性高低与肾肿瘤恶性程度密切相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between telomerase activity and pathological grade of renal malignant tumor. Methods The telomerase activity of 32 malignant tumor tissues, 32 para-tumor tissues and 6 normal kidney tissues were detected by telomerase-polymerase chain reaction-enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results The positive rate of telomerase expression in 32 samples of malignant neoplasm (81.25%) was significantly lower than that in para-tumor tissues and normal renal tissues (all negative) (all P <0.01) 1 of the non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma in the pathological grading, the remaining 31 cases of renal cell carcinoma specimens, the pathological grade Ⅰ telomerase positive expression rate of 58.33% (7/12); pathological grade Ⅱ The positive rate of telomerase expression was 91.67% (11/12); telomerase expression was all positive in grade Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ (7/7), the positive rate of telomerase expression in pathological grade Ⅱ ~ Ⅳ was higher than that in pathology Grade Ⅰ grade (P <0.05). Conclusion The level of telomerase activity in tumor is closely related to the malignant degree of renal tumors.
