国家财政税收,历来是国家行使职能的重要经济基础,也是一级政府的经济支柱。财政税收分配、调节、监督的职能是凭借国家和政府的权力进行的,因此,财政税收部门是代表国家、政府和全局利益从事工作、行使职能的。从这个意义上说,支持财政税收工作,就是维护国家利益,就是支持政府工作,就是顾全大局。在新旧体制转换过程中,财政税收工作面临着许多矛盾和问题,需要各方面的理解与支持。
National fiscal revenue has always been an important economic foundation for the state to exercise its functions and is also the economic pillar of a government. The functions of fiscal tax revenue distribution, regulation and supervision are based on the power of the state and the government. Therefore, the fiscal and taxation departments work and perform their duties on behalf of the state, the government and the overall interests. In this sense, supporting fiscal and taxation work means safeguarding the interests of the country, supporting government work, taking into consideration the overall situation. In the transition process between the old and new systems, the fiscal and taxation work faces many contradictions and problems and requires understanding and support from all quarters.
