加强和改善商品住房销售价格管理,重视发挥价格认证部门的职能作用和专业优势,是探索新形势下价格监管工作的有效途径。为全面了解、总结交流和规范推进全省商品住房成本认证工作,我们于近期赴铜陵市、安庆市、淮北市、亳州市、桐城市价格认证中心,就商品住房成本认证工作的现状与做法、问题与反思、对策与路径,进行了重点调研。现将有关情况报告如下:

In order to fully understand and summarize the exchange and regulate the promotion of the cost of commodity housing in the province, we recently went to Tongling City, Anqing City, Huaibei City, Bozhou City, Tongcheng Price Certification Center, the status of commodity housing cost certification and practices, Problems and reflection, countermeasures and pathways, conducted a key survey. The relevant information is as follows:
