The nature of the procuratorial organ determines the exercise of procuratorial power in criminal reconciliation. The procuratorial organs should introduce sentencing suggestions, set up a system of suspension of prosecution, and improve the non-penalties. The supervisory authority of the procuratorial organ decided that it should not exercise its proposed withdrawal right.
