由于战时运输机出动批次多、强度大,机载设备耗损剧增,出现故障的机率将会大大提高,特别是当军用运输机在外执行作战任务或特殊情况下,一旦发生故障需要换件排故时,只能依靠随机携带的战备航材来满足异地换件的需求。因此,战备航材数、质量和配套情况对飞机的恢复起着关键性的作用。为适应未来信息化战争的要求,扎实做好军事斗争准备,确保军用运输机的作战性能,本文就军用运输机战备航材的组配及使用管理中的有关问题谈几点看法。
