伊诺齐姆切夫方法是60年代前应用较广的方法之一。这种方法渐被淘汰的原因是应用定比热比值K 进行工质的内能计算,与燃烧阶段实际混合物的变化情况不符。因此,计算精度较差。本文建议用工质的瞬时比热比值K_x 取代伊式中的K 进行放热规律的计算。实测示功图的电算验证表明,利用修正后的伊式进行柴油机放热规律计算能够得到较满意的计算精度。按示功图确定燃烧规律的计算过程,涉及利用韦别半经验公式为迭代运算赋初值的计算,怎样确定韦别公式中的(?)_C、(?)_B、m 等参数的值是利用韦别公式的前提条件。本文对上述三个参数的选取提出了建议。这些建议均经过实际电算验证,证明是可行的。
Inozzemchev method is one of the more widely used methods before the 1960s. The reason that this method is gradually eliminated is that the internal energy of the working fluid is calculated using the specific heat ratio K, which is not in accordance with the actual change of the mixture in the combustion stage. Therefore, the calculation accuracy is poor. In this paper, we propose to use the working fluid instantaneous specific heat ratio K_x instead of Iraq K in the calculation of exothermic laws. The computerized verification of the measured dynamometer shows that the calculation of the exothermic rule of the diesel engine using the revised Iraqi model can achieve more satisfactory calculation accuracy. Calculating the combustion law according to the dynamometer diagram involves the calculation of the initial value of the iterative calculation by using the Weibull semi-empirical formula. In this paper, the selection of the above three parameters made recommendations. These proposals have been verified by actual computer verification that it is feasible.
