各位代表、各位理事: 中国自然辩证法研究会第三届理事会第一次全体会议暨科学、技术与社会学术会议今天在清华大学举行。我代表中国自然辩证法研究会向来自全国各地的理事、各省市会员代表和特邀代表表示热烈的欢迎和诚挚的问候。我受第二届理事会的委托,向会议报告工作,请大家审议。 第二届理事会从1986年12月17日第一次全体会议到现在已五年多了。在这期间,召开了两次工作会议和1991年3月26日—28日关于树立科学意识,探索社会主义现代化建设道路学术讨论暨二届二次理事扩大会议。在中国共产党和中国科协的正确领导下,本会按照二届理事全提出的“发展自然辩证法,为两个文明建设服务”的方针做了许多工作。现在仅就学科建设、决策论证、组织建设和今后工作的建议等四个部分报告如后。本报告主要总结总会工作,各专业委员会、各省市地方研究会提交会议的工作报告和总结,是本报告的补充,将一起列入本次会议的文件。
Dear Delegates, Dear Councilors, The 1st Plenary Session of the Third Council of China Dialectics of Nature and Science, Technology and Society Conference were held today at Tsinghua University. On behalf of the China Dialectics of Nature Research Association, I would like to extend a warm welcome and sincere greetings to the members, representatives from all provinces and municipalities as well as invited representatives from all over the country. I was entrusted by the second council to report to the meeting, please consider it. The second council has been more than five years from the first plenary meeting on December 17, 1986. During this period, two working meetings and an enlarged discussion on establishing scientific awareness and exploring the path of socialist modernization and the second enlarged meeting of the second director were held on March 26 and March 29, 1991. Under the correct leadership of the Chinese Communist Party and the China Association for Science and Technology, this Council has done a great deal of work in accordance with the principle of “developing the dialectic of nature and serving the two civilizations” put forward by all the members of the second session. Now only on the subject construction, decision-making demonstration, organizational construction and future work of the recommendations of the four parts of the report as follows. This report mainly summarizes the work of the General Assembly, the reports and the summary of the work submitted by various professional committees, local research institutes of provinces and cities to the meeting, and is a supplement to this report and will be included in the documents of this meeting together.
