本文以皖北煤电为例,首次实证检验了员工身份平等与忠诚度之间的关系,从一个重要侧面探讨了用工“双轨制”转变为“单轨制”后,员工身份差异消除能否增进效率问题。研究结果显示,员工身份平等的实践,显著改善了曾经为非正式工的员工忠诚度,企业改制前存在的身份差异对员工忠诚度的影响不再显著,用工“双轨制”转变为“单轨制”能够增进效率。
This paper takes Wanbei Coal and Electricity as an example, and empirically tests the relationship between equality of employees and loyalty for the first time. From an important aspect, it discusses the elimination of differences in employee status after the shift from labor to dual track to single track. Can it improve efficiency? The results of the study show that the practice of equal employee status has significantly improved the loyalty of employees who used to be informal workers. The effect of identity differences that existed prior to corporate restructuring on employee loyalty is no longer significant, and labor/double-tracking has changed to " The single-track system can improve efficiency.
