目的:研究承德地区二年生黄芩生长发育及有效成分动态积累变化规律。方法:2008年5月1日到10月15日每隔15 d取样一次,并记录物候期,所取黄芩样品采用高效液相色谱法测定其黄芩苷、黄芩素和汉黄芩素含量,用紫外分光光度法测定其总黄酮含量。结果:承德地区二年生黄芩地上部有两次营养生长,总的生长规律是慢-快-慢。根部总的生长规律是快-慢-快,折干率在枯萎期最高达到55.31%。黄芩苷和总黄酮含量的变化相似,即5月中旬最高,分别为17.61%,42.92%,黄芩素和汉黄芩素含量相似,即6月份最高,分别是2.63%,0.49%。结论:承德二年生黄芩黄芩苷和总黄酮5月中旬最高,黄芩素和汉黄芩素6月份最高,折干率10月中旬最高。
Objective: To study the law of growth and development of active ingredient of biennial Scutellaria baicalensis and its dynamic accumulation in Chengde area. METHODS: Samples were taken every 15 days from May 1 to October 15, 2008 and the phenophase was recorded. The contents of baicalin, baicalein and wogonin in Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) Spectrophotometric determination of total flavonoids content. Results: There were two vegetative growths in the shoots of biennial Scutellaria baicalensis in Chengde area. The overall growth pattern was slow - fast - slow. The total root growth rate is fast - slow - fast, the rate of drying up to 55.31% withered. The contents of baicalin and total flavonoids were similar, that is, the highest content was 17.61% and 42.92% respectively in mid-May. The contents of baicalein and wogonin were the same, ie the highest in June was 2.63% and 0.49% respectively. Conclusion: The baicalin and total flavonoids of two-year-old baicalin in Chengde were the highest in mid-May. The baicalein and wogonin were the highest in June, the highest in the middle of October.
