测试获得胜利海上油田不同服役期海底输油管道均匀腐蚀部位的腐蚀深度和强度随时间的变化数据,在实际腐蚀环境的基础上,设计H2S/CO2高温高压模拟腐蚀实验,基于当量腐蚀时间,采用插值计算和回归分析获取了模拟腐蚀与退役管道强度降低系数的关系,并用扫描电镜分析了腐蚀过程的表面形貌。结果表明:在本腐蚀环境下的模拟腐蚀与退役管道腐蚀具有良好契合性,相同当量腐蚀深度下的模拟腐蚀强度降低系数与退役管道之间具有显著相关性。所以,以模拟腐蚀实验预测服役管道强度降低系数,具有可行性。
Based on the actual corrosive environment, H2S / CO2 high temperature and high pressure simulated corrosion experiments were designed. Based on the equivalent corrosion time, interpolation was performed using interpolation Calculation and regression analysis obtained the relationship between the simulated corrosion and the degradation coefficient of the decomposed pipe strength, and analyzed the surface morphology of the corrosion process by scanning electron microscopy. The results show that there is a good agreement between simulated corrosion and decomposed pipeline corrosion under this corrosion environment, and the correlation coefficient between simulated corrosion reduction coefficient and decomposed pipeline under the same equivalent corrosion depth has significant correlation. Therefore, it is feasible to predict the decreasing coefficient of service pipeline strength by simulated corrosion test.
