This paper focuses on the mechanism of S.P.M. induced by the development of marine resources in the coastal waters and its effects on the organisms of C.N.P. in the coastal waters Geochemical behavior, process and internal circulation and other aspects of the effect. The substance determines to a great extent the existence form and content level of life elements in seawater. Therefore, it may become a potential threat to eutrophication of coastal waters.
