目的了解江西省南昌市预防接种门诊工作场所暴力发生情况及危险因素,为有效预防与控制预防接种门诊工作场所暴力提供科学依据。方法采用整群抽样方法选取南昌市所属县级、乡级预防接种门诊在职工作人员进行问卷调查,采用描述性方法分析调查前12个月内预防接种门诊工作人员的暴力发生率,采用Logistic回归分析其影响因素。结果在278名被调查的工作人员中有136名遭受过工作场所暴力,暴力总发生率为48.9%,心理和身体暴力发生率分别为48.2%和12.9%。预约登记处、低学历、26~45岁年龄段、护士、已婚女性是预防接种门诊工作场所暴力的高危因素。结论预防接种门诊工作场所暴力正逐渐成为一种职业伤害,政府相关部门和全社会须引起重视。
Objective To understand the occurrence and risk factors of violence in workplace of vaccination clinics in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province and provide a scientific basis for effective prevention and control of violence in preventive vaccination clinics. Methods A cluster sampling method was used to select the in-service staff of county-level and township-level vaccination clinics in Nanchang City to conduct a questionnaire survey. The descriptive method was used to analyze the incidence of violence in preventive vaccination staff within 12 months before the survey. Logistic regression analysis Its influencing factors. Results Of the 278 staff members surveyed, 136 were exposed to workplace violence, with a total incidence of violence of 48.9% and psychosocial and physical violence rates of 48.2% and 12.9% respectively. Reservations, low education, ages 26-45, nurses, married women are at high risk of violence in the workplace. Conclusion Prevention of workplace violence in vaccination clinics is gradually becoming a kind of occupational injury. Relevant government departments and the whole society should pay attention to it.
