Procedural justice is the necessary mechanism to ensure the fairness of the entity. Procuratorial organs to strengthen procedural supervision in the legal supervision of death penalty cases have important practical significance for guaranteeing the quality of death penalty cases. This article explores the problems existing in the procedure supervision of the death penalty cases and puts forward the corresponding solutions.
