随着农村经济政策的放宽,食品企业蓬勃兴起。在专职监督员缺乏的情况下,乡镇食品卫生检查员担负着大量的食品卫生监督管理和技术指导工作,他们能否正确地依照法律行使自己的监督职权,直接关系到维护法律严肃性的问题。为总结经验教训,不断改进工作,现将我县乡镇6年来食品卫生监督管理过程中存在几方面问题归纳分析如下: 1.食品卫生检查员的业务素质偏低。现有检查员绝大部分没有经过系统的
With the relaxation of rural economic policies, food companies are booming. In the absence of full-time supervisors, township and town food sanitation inspectors are responsible for a great deal of food hygiene supervision and technical guidance. Whether or not they can exercise their own supervisory authority in accordance with the law is directly related to the issue of maintaining the seriousness of the law. In order to sum up experiences and lessons, and continuously improve the work, several problems existing in the food hygiene supervision and management process in my county township over the past 6 years are summarized as follows: 1. The quality of food hygiene inspectors is low. Most of the existing inspectors have not gone through the system
