1998年毕业,我被分配到家乡中心小学任教。一间不足10平方米的宿舍,成为我最初上路的地方。一个偶然的机会,我读到一份教师专业杂志,内容真是丰富多彩、引人入胜——如何导入新课,如何设计课堂问题,如何评价学生,等等。我意识到教学光有一腔热情是不够的,于是边学边做,慢慢摸到了教学的门道。后来,我又有幸读到另外一份教师专业杂志。

After graduating in 1998, I was assigned to teach at primary school in my hometown. A hostel less than 10 square meters, became my first place on the road. By chance, I read a professional magazine for teachers, the content is really colorful and fascinating - how to import a new lesson, how to design a classroom problem, how to evaluate a student, and so on. I realized that teaching a light passion is not enough, so while learning to do, slowly touched the teaching of the door. Later, I was fortunate enough to read another teacher’s professional magazine.
