为提高邮政运输网络的整体运行效率,提出一种集三级中心选址和车辆调度于一体的混合邮政运输车辆调度模型。模型同时涉及到邮件的送取、多种车型调度和区域规划等问题。模型的求解分为两个相互关联的阶段,第一阶段确定三级中心局和划分区域并完成中心局之间的邮件配送;第二阶段求解各三级中心局内部的车辆调度问题,并将结果返回到第一阶段;两个阶段分别采用中心分配法和禁忌遗传混合算法。最后,以贵州邮政的实际生产数据对模型和算法进行实证分析,验证了模型和算法的有效性和实用性。
In order to improve the overall operational efficiency of the postal transport network, a hybrid postal transport vehicle scheduling model integrating three-level center location and vehicle scheduling is proposed. At the same time, the model involves the delivery of mail, scheduling of various vehicles and regional planning. The solution of the model is divided into two interrelated phases. In the first phase, the third-level central office and the sub-area are defined and the mail distribution between the central offices is completed. In the second stage, the vehicle scheduling problem within the third-level central office is solved and the The results returned to the first stage; two stages were used center distribution and taboo genetic hybrid algorithm. Finally, empirical analysis of the model and algorithm based on the actual production data of Guizhou Post validates the validity and practicability of the model and the algorithm.
